IT Technician Support
Provide day-to-day IT support for our team and clients — keeping devices, networks and basic systems running smoothly so operations are not stuck because of IT issues.
Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Technician Support to help our team and clients keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role focuses on providing frontline technical support, troubleshooting common IT issues, and performing basic maintenance on devices, networks and systems. You’ll work closely with our developers and project team to make sure users can work without interruptions and that incidents are handled in a timely, professional way.
Core Responsibilities
Handle IT support tickets for PCs, laptops, printers, email and basic network issues
Install, configure and update operating systems and standard business software
Set up new user accounts, access permissions and basic security settings
Assist with routine checks on backups, antivirus and simple server / cloud services
Support meeting rooms, network equipment and office devices when needed
Document common problems and simple “how-to” guides for users
Escalate more complex incidents to senior engineers or external vendors
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for staff (PCs, laptops, printers, email, basic network issues)
Install, configure and update operating systems and standard office software
Set up new user accounts, email, access permissions and basic security settings
Troubleshoot hardware problems and coordinate repair or replacement when needed
Assist with routine checks on backups, antivirus and simple server / cloud services
Maintain office IT equipment such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi and meeting room devices
Document common issues and create simple user guides for frequently asked questions
Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or external vendors and follow up until resolved
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in an IT support / helpdesk / technician role (internship or full-time)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, domain and email configuration
- Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall, remote access)
- Experience using remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Ability to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Qualities We Seek
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN / Wi-Fi) and common office applications
Familiar with troubleshooting hardware issues (PC, laptop, printer, basic network)
Able to follow checklists and standard operating procedures
Good communication skills; patient and polite when dealing with non-technical users
Able to read and communicate in English; Chinese / Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage

Core Skills
iOS Developer
- Proficient in Objective-C / Swift and the iOS SDK
- Experience with Core Data, Core Animation, and other Apple frameworks

- Familiar with development tools like Android Studio
- Understanding of mobile design patterns and performance tuning
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms
- Participate in system analysis, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance cycles
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues such as bugs, crashes, and functionality defects
- Collaborate with other developers to implement and refine software solutions
- Continuously improve app performance, stability, and scalability
- Work within a cross-functional team including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA
- Manage task priorities and deliverables in alignment with project goals
- Offer post-release support to ensure smooth operation
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing
- Join on-call rotation when necessary to maintain uptime and user satisfaction
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics tools
- Previous exposure to cross-platform tools (e.g., Flutter, React Native)
